
Step 1: Inquiry
Parents or guardians contact Prime Learning Academy through our website, social media pages, email, phone, or direct message.
During this stage, our team will:
- Answer your questions about our programs and services
- Discuss your child’s learning needs and goals
- Provide information about tuition fees, schedules, and available classes
- Explain the admission process
Step 2: Trial Lesson or No Trial Lesson
Parents may choose whether their child would like to attend a trial lesson before enrollment.
A trial lesson allows:
- Observation of the child’s communication and learning skills
- Familiarization with the teaching approach
- Assessment of the child’s needs and learning style
- Opportunity for parents to experience our program
Decision Point:
No → Proceed directly to Step 4
Yes → Proceed to Step 3A
Step 3A: Schedule a Trial Lesson
If a trial lesson is requested, parents will select their preferred date and time through our Google Calendar booking system.
Parents will:
- Choose an available slot
- Receive a confirmation email or message
- Attend the scheduled trial lesson
After the trial lesson:
Suitable class options and schedules are discussed
The teacher provides feedback and recommendations
Step 3B: No Trial Lesson
Families who choose not to take a trial lesson may proceed directly to enrollment discussions.
Our team will:
Discuss lesson schedules and availability
Review the child’s needs and goals
Recommend an appropriate program
Step 4: Contract Signing, Service Orientation & Forms Completion
Before enrollment is finalized, parents will meet with our admissions team to complete all required documentation.
This includes:
Signing of the enrollment agreement or contract
Explanation of academy policies and procedures
Overview of services and learning programs
Discussion of lesson schedules
Completion of student registration forms
Parent/guardian information forms
Step 5: Payment
Parents will complete the required payment to secure the student’s slot.
Payment may include:
- Registration fee (if applicable)
- Tuition fee
- Materials fee (if applicable)
Once payment is confirmed.
Class schedules are finalized.
Enrollment is officially processed.
Step 6: Enrolled – Start of the Child’s Lessons
Welcome to Prime Learning Academy!
After enrollment confirmation:
- Parents receive the official lesson schedule
- The child is introduced to their teacher
- Learning materials and class information are provided
- Regular lessons begin
